Policies

All tutoring sessions are by appointment and must be scheduled in advance. 

I currently offer both online and in-person sessions (available in Maryland & DC).

Please reach out via text or email if anything happens that will prevent you from making your appointment as I am very flexible with rescheduling.

Payment

- Individual Session Tutoring: Payment for each session must be made in full before the start of the session to confirm your spot.

- Package Deals: If you’ve signed up for a package of sessions, payments can either be made upfront or through an agreed-upon installment plan. Please note that the full balance must be settled before the final session.

- Career Services Fees: For services like resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, or career coaching, a 50% deposit is required upfront before I begin work. The final balance must be paid before I deliver your completed resume, profile, or service.

- Accepted Payment Methods: I accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cashapp, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions about payments!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Tutoring Sessions: Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 6 hours' notice. There is no cancellation fee or rescheduling fees, you will NOT be charged in full for an appointment but we genuinely ask that you reach out before a missed appointment just to give us a heads up.

- Career Services: If you need to cancel a career service project, you can do so within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After that, the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable.

Refunds and Credits

- Tutoring Sessions: Once a session is completed, refunds won’t be available. However, if I need to cancel a session unexpectedly, I will of course reschedule it or offer credit towards a future session or offer a full refund.

- Career Services: Once a resume or LinkedIn project is completed and delivered, refunds aren’t available. However, if you decide to cancel before the project is finished, the 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover the work that’s already been done.

Career Services 

A 50% deposit is required before starting any resume, LinkedIn, or career coaching service. The remaining 50% must be paid before I send you the final version of your resume or LinkedIn profile and at least 12 hours before a coaching call. 

I offer an initial consultation to learn more about your career goals and discuss how we can best tailor your materials. Additional consultations can be arranged if needed.

Confidentiality

All personal, academic, or professional information shared during tutoring or career services will remain completely confidential. Your resumes and LinkedIn profiles will never be shared with third parties.

Client Responsibilities

For career services, please provide accurate and up-to-date information so I can create materials that truly reflect your strengths and experiences.

For tutoring, come prepared with any necessary materials (like textbooks or assignments) so we can make the most of our time together.

Digital Products Policy

- Non-Refundable: All digital products, such as e-books, downloadable guides, templates, and any other digital content, are non-refundable once purchased. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

- Access & Delivery: Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via email or direct download link. If you encounter any issues accessing your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

- License & Use: Digital products are intended for personal use only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of these materials is not permitted without express written consent.

- Support: If you have any questions or require support regarding a digital product, feel free to reach out for assistance. We’re here to help you get the most out of your purchase!

Code of Conduct

I strive to maintain a positive, respectful, and professional environment. I ask that both students and clients do the same during sessions. If there’s any behavior that disrupts our work, I reserve the right to end services, though I’ll always aim to resolve any issues fairly.
